About Kettlebell

Kettlebell training is a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time! Lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body (and specifically the core) to work as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time. Many kettlebell exercises also engage multiple muscle groups at once, which means more calories are burned, you see more results in less time. A kettlebell workout really is a whole body workout like no other. With a kettlebell, in 20 minutes or less, you can get a workout the equivalent of an hour in the gym.

What are the benefits of kettlebells?
The purported benefits of kettlebells appeal to people of all fitness levels, ages and genders.

Kettlebell for women.
Women often have very hectic schedules and sometimes have to choose between work, family and being fit because they simply don’t have enough time to do it all. This doesn’t have to be the case anymore. Kettlebell workouts for women are an ideal way to lose weight and tone muscles in no time at all.

Kettlebell for men.
It is time to train like you should and get back in touch with visceral impulse that has been locked away for years.

Kettle bell for martial arts and other sports
To develop an efficient strength training regimen, kettlebells are the ideal choice because the types of movements are similar in nature to many of the basic martial art techniques and sports movements. This contributes to the economy of motion – you are not being asked to learn radically different motor patterns.

KickFit

KickFit is non-contact Kickboxing, there is no contact or sparring between participants. It is strictly you against the pads. This is also a great way to meet new people and just get out of the house for a while, or alleviate yourself of excess stress. Everyone works at his/her own pace. What you get out of it is what you put into it!
