Barbell, Strength and Condition class.
This is for athletes who want to improve their strength and conditioning and also improve on their Olympic lifts using CrossFit methods. This class will run for eight weeks.This is limited to ten (10) athletes only on first come first serve basis. Participants will also be given a program to work on out of class{homework ):}. If you want to work on your strength and condition and Olympic lifts this class is for you.
Time: 18:45hrs
On: Wednesdays
Cost (for eight weeks package)
For members on unlimited membership: $80
For members currently on 2-3 times/week: $150
For Non-CrossFit Takapuna members: $250
