The program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical and physiological tasks. Every Saturday at 9:15am here at CrossFit Infinite Takapuna we’ll open our doors to the community and potential clients so that you can experience CrossFit first hand. This is a great opportunity to learn about CrossFit Infinite Takapuna. The class begins with a brief discussion about ‘What is CrossFit?’ Our instructors then take you through a warm up and a CrossFit workout that is scaled to your fitness level. 2. Schedule a FREE one-on-one Introductory Session:
This personal training session lasts around one hour and will allow you to learn about CrossFit Infinite Takapuna’s approach to fitness, give you a snapshot of the principles and methods of CrossFit, try out some of the equipment, and experience a CrossFit workout (scaled to your fitness level).
This introductory session is important to us because it also allows us to get to know you, learn about your fitness goals, and get a sense of your current fitness level.We will help you plan out the next steps in achieving your fitness goals with us. 3. Enroll in an ON RAMP Course
Our ON RAMP course is designed to teach you the basic CrossFit skills and movements to ensure your safety and success. The course lasts six sessions (2 times per week for 3 weeks OR 3 times per week for 2 week) and is limited to eight (8) students to ensure that each student gets the personal attention that is required for learning these skills and movements. During the course you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, how to record your performance and progress, and important nutritional information. We’ll assess your functional movement capacity and evaluate your overall fitness goals. Each session will consist of a warm up, skill review, new skill lessons, the workout of the day (WOD), and a cool down discussion.
