~For every minute on the minute you have to perform 4 burpees.
Men will use a 45kg barbell. Women will use 30kg. Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. There is a 20 min cap.

I can’t make you run or row or front squat or L-sit or do handstand push-ups.
I can’t make you do anything.

All I can do is provide expert instruction, an outstanding facility, a phenomenal community, and an accepting atmosphere where it’s safe to f*** up and try again.
And results. Lots of results if you’re willing to work for them.
